The series is led by a licensed occupational and physical therapist who specialize in women’s health, pelvic floor dysfunction and are mothers themselves. Explore safe exercises before and after delivery, understand anatomy changes and how that affects your pelvic floor. You will walk away with techniques you can use at home during and after the birth of your child.
